Since they were infants, I have shot pics of all our friend’s kids. They are a joyous bunch and I love showcasing them. Now, with Meera on the scene, some of my friends wonder if I’ll ever be as passionate about taking their pics. Well, they do have a point :-E|
But for now, here they are.
They make me laugh and they make me cry;
and in turn I spoil them (with Lindt chocolates) ~ while their moms give me the evil eye!
Here is Meghana and Navya. Here they are, the week Navya was born. Time sure flies by.
You have also seen Vibha before A tiny toddler she was, now a shy young girl.
… the one time I did not curse when the subject closed their eyes. A beautiful expression! Vibha is here with her older brother Nihal.
You may remember Sahana. This past Fall I had taken pics of Sahana and her brother Suneel in a halo of willow leaves.

All the kids are adorable. The photos have come out lovely, Arun.
Meghana and Navya’s facial features are SO similar — the eyes, the lips, the nose. I think this is the first time I’m seeing siblings (non-twins, i.e.) who look almost identical.
And Nihal — hehe, is he the naughtiest of them all? Doesn’t matter; I’m biased toward light-eyed people ๐
Nihal is interestingly very shy and once he gets to know you, can be very playful ๐
Interesting observations with regards to Meghana and Navya. Jeez, I just don’t notice those things! Must be a guy thing!
But they are both delightful and I get along well with them both – so yes, they are similar.
How are you two doing and surviving Mumbai? Long time no post? Take care! and hope you are smiling and laughing a lot these days :-))
They are lovely children Arun. Each one of them are unique and have a cute smile.
Arun, just my two cents… I am not sure how secure the pictures of children on the web are. There is an option to disable right click on your website, which prevents downloading these pics on to any computer.
Again, I doubt if that is completely fool-proof.
Thank you Anu:Yes indeed – isn’t it amazing how different each child is!
And thank you for the heads up! I am going to look into it and see what i can do – will also chat with the parents can get their advise. Again, thank you for your concern.
Arun
Very cute pics.. Meghana looks so cute and matured.. Loved Sahana’s naughty smile ๐ Thanks for sharing them
Thank you Ujwal!
Meghana is certainly very mature – and that too from a very young age! Amazing how that works!
And Sahana is too cute! She’s the one who whispered: I love you! to me, several months ago. My heart melted!
Thanks
Arun
As always beautiful pictures Arun. It uplifts your spirits to see such innocent and budding faces don’t you think? I am sure photographing them was a pure delight to you.
Thank you Viji!
Yes, despite all the thanks for the parents ~ I am the one who should be thanking them for the sheer joy of this experience. Amazing kids!
Hope you are doing well.

And we still remember you like only yesterday. Next time you are in town, we should plan to get together!
And thank you for your kind words! I am just taking a snap shot – reality exists ‘outside’ of me and in the kids and the beautiful mountains! My job is to faithfully capture and share it.
