Air Meera

Air Meera in Colaba Mumbai pics by Arun Shanbhag
Meera just loves to be tossed in the air (of course, never leaving my hands). She is all giggles and never wants me to stop.

M&m: Meera was wearing this beautiful, brown silk dress.

  1. oh there’s nothing like looking into the eyes of a child who just radiates pure joy! What a bundle of joy! It just brightened up my day – I have come back a few times when I needed an uplifting moment! 😉 No pun intended…. beautiful!

    1. Thank you Smita for our kind words!
I pray Meera be ever blessed with radiant joy!

Glad to hear that I’m not the only one who comes back to see Meera’s pic! I do this several times each day! ha hA!

  2. There is nothing more beautiful than the pure look of elation on a beautiful child’s face. Children mirror their parents…

    1. O, thank you so much Maggie for your kind words!

it is us the fortunate ones to be enslaved by her charms! Hope that as she grows to be a young woman, we will remember the fun and joy!

      Best Best!
      have a great Halloween!

  3. Oh my, Meera looks so pretty.

Little girls like to dress just like their mama’s. It is going to be a fun and enjoyable journey for Meera and her maama in wearing matching clothes.

    1. Thank you for noticing the matching outfits!

of course, I have a running t-shirt for Meera which she’ll wear when she goes running with me! :-))

Thank you Priya! and sorry, I have not been visiting food blogs lately – they just make me miss proper food! 😦

  4. The snaps are simply beautiful. She looks adorable with that cute smile. I also see a slight Amchi resemblance in her face 🙂 .

    1. Thank you Maya – and yes, she has been muttering for about 5 months now; She was jabbering in complete sentences in her own language with appropriate intonations – of course, we just looked on puzzled! Now she repeats everything we say!

and yes, what a precious age!
