Following up on the Video: Making of Rava Dosa and Masala Dosa, here is the next installment of making Mysore Masala. I was surprised they spread a red chilli paste over the dosa, I had thought they sprinkle a spice blended podi (powder) as seen at the Shanbhag fast food place in Hospet, Karnataka. Delicious, nonetheless. A Mysore Masala Dosa at Kamats, Colaba costs Rs 38 (US 85 cents)! I want two, delivered.

Quick Update: Was in India with M & Meera and thus no updates in a while. We were constantly visiting relatives or traveling around Maharashtra. What an amazing country! Now utterly exhausted. Over the next month, be prepared for more Meera and travelogues. Let me what you all have been up to.

    1. Thank you. See I take these videos when in India, when I eat sooo much I don’t even want to think of eating. Then I post them when in Boston and am really craving this. 😦
There must be a middle ground.
      Hope you are doing well.
